Lavender Latte
-8 ounces strong coffee
-¼ cup ½ and ½ (or milk of choice)
-2 Tablespoons Lavender Simple Syrup
-Dried culinary lavender for garnish
Place milk into a microwave safe jar and heat for about 30 seconds, until warm. Tightly screw lid onto
jar and shake for a few seconds, until milk is foamy ( or use frother if available). Place 2 Tablespoons of
lavender syrup in a mug, pour hot strong coffee over syrup. Top with the foamy milk, garnish with
lavender if desired. ENJOY

Lavender Snow Ice Cream
-14 oz. Can Condensed Milk
-1 TBSP. Rusty Moose Lavender Simple Syrup
-3 Cups Fresh Clean Snow
-Purple Sprinkles

Directions:
Add condensed milk and Lavender Simple Syrup to a medium sized mixing bowl and stir together until well mixed. Spoon in snow (must be clean) and mix until it reaches the consistency of ice cream.

Lavender French 75
-2 oz Good Gin
-1 oz Rusty Moose Lavender Simple Syrup
-1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
-2-3 oz Sparkling Wine
-Lemon Twist to Garnish

Combine Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a champagne flute. Give a little stir. Top up with sparkling wine of your choice. Express lemon twist over rim of glass. Cheers!
